This dish needs salt or honey to add taste to a bland recipe.
When eaten with salt it tastes like porridge

Ingredients
Preparation

100 g/3 oz wheat flakes .
250 ml/½ pint milk.

Boil the wheat flakes in 1 pint of water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add the milk and simmer very gently for a further ten minutes. Serve hot.
