Honey omelette

Ingredients
Preparation

3 tbsp (45ml) honey

4 eggs
½pt (275ml) milk
1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
Pepper

Mix together the eggs, milk and oil.

Pour a little oil into a frying pan and heat. When it is sizzling add the mixture.

When thoroughly cooked on one side turn out on to a dish.

Warm the honey and pour it over the omelette.

Sprinkle with pepper and serve
